With that in mind, we redesigned our support page to help you find your answers faster and more accurately than ever before.
What do you usually do when you need answer right away? Well, you probably Google it!
Inspired by this, we built a custom search function that will bring you our articles and community forum posts that best match what you are looking for.
In addition, we re-wrote our help articles in the form of questions to make them easier to find when you are looking for an answer.
Of course, if the search returns no results, you can just as easily post your question or get in touch with us by phone, email or live chat.
Although it looks fairly unassuming on the surface (less is more, right?), we’ve been testing it for the past few weeks and we’ve found it to be working well.
