What's the difference between inFlow Manufacturing and inFlow Inventory?
inFlow Inventory has everything you need to balance your stock levels, as well as incoming and outgoing orders.
inFlow Manufacturing has all of those same features, as well as support for assembling products or kits.
Can I switch from one inFlow product to another?
Yes, you can upgrade from inFlow Inventory to inFlow Manufacturing.
If you want to switch back to inFlow Inventory later on, just contact your Customer Success Manager and they’ll help you with this process.
Can multiple people use this product?
Yes! Each plan includes at least two team members. You’ll probably see your productivity go up the more people you have using inFlow.
How many sales orders are included?
Each inFlow plan includes a set number of sales orders based on your billing cycle (monthly or annual). If you exceed the number of included orders, inFlow will simply charge a nominal rate for the extra orders as follows:
$0.20/order for Start-up
$0.15/order for Growth
$0.10/order for Scale
$0.05/order for Expansion
Your sales order limit resets monthly or annually based on your billing cycle.
Is inFlow GDPR and SOC 2 compliant?
Yes, inFlow is compliant with the latest GDPR legislation and audited annually to maintain SOC 2 compliance.
Your data is safely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption backed by Microsoft Azure.
Is there any training or onboarding for inFlow?
When you subscribe to inFlow you’ll also purchase a mandatory onboarding package for a one-time fee.
The base package provides check-in sessions with your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM can show you the most helpful parts of inFlow for your needs and set realistic goals for a go-live date. You can also purchased more advanced packages that provide one-on-one training as well.
Regardless of your onboarding package, you can also hire our team for data importing or training at an hourly rate.
What’s inFlow support like?
Ongoing technical support is included with each inFlow subscription. After onboarding our support team can help you with any troubleshooting or technical issues.

What happens after the 14-day trial?
After your trial ends, you’ll need to subscribe to a plan to continue using inFlow.
But if you need a bit more time, just reach out to sales@inflowinventory.com.
How do I buy or subscribe right now?
If you already know inFlow is right for you, that’s great! Simply sign up for a trial and wait for an email from us.
Once you’ve verified your email address and loaded the web app, you can pay for a plan by going to Main menu -> Options -> Account.
Can I change, upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You’re free to switch plans at any time and you don’t need to contact us to do it (just use the web app).
If you upgrade to a higher plan, you’ll pay the difference in plan costs on that date.
If you switch to a lower plan your new lower price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
In order to cancel your inFlow subscription, you can follow the steps outlined in this Learning Center article.
If you cancel within your first 30 days, just contact support@inflowinventory.com for a full refund on your inFlow subscription.
Which reports are available in each plan?
inFlow doesn’t just help you manage orders, we also offer business intelligence to help you understand your data and take the right steps to grow.
Our most affordable plan comes with 46 different kinds of reports, while higher-tier plans have access to all reports in inFlow, including reports for manufacturing or tracking sales team performance.

What is the inFlow Smart Scanner?
Although inFlow’s mobile app runs on most smartphones, you’ll get work done faster with the Smart Scanner. It’s a splash-proof, 5-foot-drop tested Android device with a built-in laser scanner.
You can use it for receiving and fulfilling, creating orders in the field, transferring stock, and more.
