Behind every inFlow review is a small business just like you

As my company grew, the previous IMS we were using was clearly not fitting our needs and I began a 3 month search of mid to high level IMS platforms. I think I demoed almost ten platforms. They all had their strengths and weaknesses.

inFlow provided a robust and scalable platform that suited my needs and covered those for further company expansion.

It’s very easy to use! When I first started at the company I work at, no one really knew how to use it.

A few months after I started and watching a lot of the helpful YouTube videos, I had inFlow up and running and created a Showroom for employees to use to request items they need at their site.

I started using Inflow around 9 years ago. I have had to deal with a few other systems and I can assure you they can not hold a candle to inflow. Inflow has been the system that I have used to build our entire parts organization.

inFlow Inventory Rocks!

It is a one-stop shop for controlling everything stock related in a business. We could literally not exist without inFlow

We have fluctuated between 3 and 17 employees since signing on with inFlow. inFlow has met our purchasing, order processing, and inventory management needs in the good times and in the not so good times.

We did a huge amount of research into cloud ERPs before selecting inFlow–unfortunately we had a failed attempt at implementing MRPEasy, which we found far too difficult to use. However, products like Katana and Sortly were too basic, and products like Sage 200 were too cumbersome and expensive, we looked at Odoo and Zoho, but both looked like they needed customisation and did not have the simple to use feel of inFlow. 

With inFlow we feel that we have found a good balance of easy to use (and train people on!), but met our accounting requirements.

So far we have found it easy to get our stock controlled in lots of locations and found the purchase order system very easy to use. For manufacturing, building BOM’s within inFlow has also proven easy and this gives us a great forecasting method with the buildable quantities enabling us to give accurate lead times to customers.

I would definitely recommend inFlow to any company that is manufacturing products.

My experience has been overall good, very few complaints

It is all intuitive and easy to under stand, creating and managing part numbers and BOMs is easy.
