“Discovering inFlow was a huge deal for us.”

When we started the business back in 2016, we knew that being in the electronics trading business will be challenging. For us to reach our goals and make an impact in our industry, we were in search of a software that is easy & ready-to-use, customizable, fit for the e-commerce industry and has a feature that can import data coming for MS Excel.

Our current and growing number of inventory will be difficult to manage without inFlow. inFlow helped us solve issues concerning our inventory management, sales reports and warehousing system. For example, for our warehouse process, our warehouse team are able to pick products correctly from a huge warehouse with multiple locations fast and efficiently. This is highly important for e-commerce where time is crucial in processing real-time orders.

We also use inFlow for our barcoding or labels. This is an important feature of inFlow that makes our warehousing process fast and efficient.

Overall, using inFlow is easy to use for all of our employees. We are grateful how inFlow helped us grow, from a team of 2, just us husband and wife, to a growing team of over 100 employees.

I love the simplicity of inflow. I run a business with 32 customers and 2800 products. It’s not only easy for me, but the showroom aspect for my customers is a great asset. It keeps accurate count of my inventory and allows me to do a monthly inventory in just a few hours. It gives me real time information and helps with the ease or ordering.

I haven’t discovered anything in my 3+ years of using inFlow that has been a hindrance that I can’t get around.
