I love that it has all the features from purchase to sales and the inventory functionalities are comprehensive. It captures almost all of our business scenarios. It is really comprehensive vs all other software that we evaluated. I would say that this is the top inventory software in its class, before the big ERPs. Also, their recent strategy to move to cloud with integration to popular platforms has made the software more relevant, and made our business easier to operate. Finally, the customer service is really great. They do interact with all users closely and they listen to product improvement suggestions.

inFlow has revolutionised our Inventory management processes.
We love the showroom and have recently just reached out to customers giving them access. We also just love the GUI and how intuitive it is. It's very easy to drive and train people in use of different functions. We are big fans of your product and look forward to a long history with your product.
inFlow is one of my favorites for companies with no purchase order system.
Great for small companies who need sales and purchasing. Sales has records of customer quoted sales and purchases can see what to order. Great way for a company to keep track of purchases and data can be exported to third party software. Purchasing software even has serial column for warranty verification of products. Was great for HVAC and appliance repair company. Great software for company with no purchase order system. Can make everything paperless and user's can view inventory, content and prices with no license. User license is portable.

We as a company have used it for the last 3 years and it's awesome. It has automated many of our business process and the reports have helped us big time
Great tool for running school supply drives!
I use this program to help track school supply inventory during our Tools 4 School program. We have to create over 1,300 basic supply kits each year and there are 3 types of kits (Elementary, Middle, High School) with different supply requirements. Inflow allows me to know how many of each school supply we have collected from donors. It then allows me to know what I need to stress for donors to donate and what we are going to need to purchase.
Game Changer
I have used several databases, but the transition to inFlow has been a great choice for us! Their support is awesome! The program is easy to use and very versatile! Overall, I can not imagine life without it now. Inflow resolved so many problems we had in the past with certain internal communications with their genius layout of the program. It is a fantastic database!
Easy to Use Software
When i wanted to automate processes in the company, I have a group of computer-adverse staff worried on how they will cope. Thankfully, InFlow was intuitive and easy to use, even those that have not used a computer before didn't take long to know how to use it. Also, when i meet with problems, all i have to do is send in an email and my questions will be replied promptly! I would say that this is a sincere software company as they constantly listens and reviews the needs of their customers and subsequently come up with updates tha t suits the needs.

Getting Started with inFlow
Pro's: It's a blank canvas, you decide how you want to use it. The ability to link photos with the parts for us has been invaluable. Customizable categories have allowed us to break our inventory (4500 part and rising) into very manageable blocks. Purchase orders, and multiple vendors has allowed us to easily go back to where we purchased an item last, and verify that we are buying from the most competitive supplier. Con's: After pulling 200+ parts from our stock list, I REALLY miss being able to just change the item from stock, to non-stock. The change can be made.... but not nearly as easily as before.
Great product at a great price.
We run a corporate in-house marketing literature and supply shop for our agents and employees. InFlow has been a big help in keeping track of our inventory and ordering, helping to keep us efficient and properly stocked to serve our people.
